Dark Night of the Soul

Dark Night of the Soul, a storytelling series for queer men, is kicking off their new season with their first ever themed event. And that theme is us! All of the featured storytellers on December 11 will be members of this group. It’s going to be amazing. Not only will you want to come to support you’re fellow Late Bloomers, you’ll want to bring your friends with you.

Dark Night of the Soul is a storytelling experiment for queer men interested in rewriting narratives of shame through the magic of performance—or what we call “autobiographical alchemy.” Situated somewhere between a literary salon and a pagan ceremony, this experiment is an attempt to shed light on our dark parts while simultaneously creating a culture of compassion for those fearless enough to participate in or attend these performances.
